Dear Citizens,
First of all, I'd like to welcome you all to our humble little town. I know there's a lot of new people moving in, so I'd like to take the chance to outline some of the rules we have here. There aren't a lot, but the ones we have are quite important.
That's it for now folks. Just like I said, not many rules. It basically boils down to being polite, and keeping inappropriate acts to a minimum. As long as you follow these few rules, I'm sure we'll get along great!
